Effraction de la muqueuse sinusienne lors d'un sinus lift : conséquences per et post opératoires et gestion des complications

Abstract : The rehabilitation of the strongly resorbed posterior maxillary arch represents a challenge for the dental surgeon. Sinus lift is a reliable technique that allows sufficient bone height to be obtained for the placement of dental implants. However, perforation of the sinus mucosa during surgery can occur and lead to complications. The means of prevention of this complication, as well as the peroperative and postoperative management will be described in this thesis. We will also discuss the pathological interactions between the apical part of the implant and the sinus mucosa.
