L'utilisation des biothérapies dans le syndrome SAPHO

Abstract : The SAPHO syndrome is a rare auto-inflammatory disease characterized mainly by the simultaneous presence or not of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis wich contitute its acronyme. Since its "discovery", no so-called "classic" treatment has been able to releve patients in a satisfactory way. Biologics aiming pro-inflammatory cytokines now offer hope in the management of this syndrome. This thesis exhaustilely lists all the uses of biologics in the treatment of SAPHO syndrome published in the literature worldwide. 9 drugs were used : infliximab, etanercept, adalimumab, certolizumb pegol, golimumab, anakinra, tocilizumab, ustekinumab and secukinumab.
