Thérapeutique innovante dans la prise en charge des lésions cervicales d'usure : les chips de céramique

Abstract : Non-carious cervical lesions represent a major therapeutic issue in contemporary dentistry. Indeed, the failure rate of the therapeutic strategies available today is very high, so that 50% of LCLC go untreated. However, this type of lesion is increasingly observed in patients. Monolithic ceramic chips made from lithium disilicate offer new perspectives in the management of these injuries. Indeed, the therapeutic advances observed in recent years with, for example, the progress of bonding, make it possible to consider ceramics as a serious tool for restoring loss of substances and treating the associated symptoms.
