ATS600 : quelles limites en pratiques ?

Abstract : The ATS600 is the world's first direct scanning laser tracker. It has been developed primarily for the location and digital inspection of large parts and surfaces that are inaccessible to a traditional handheld 3D laser scanner, touch probe or reflector. SETIS, which has implemented all generations of Leica laser tracker since 1998, wants to go beyond the product sheet published by Hexagon, indicating the specifications. As the estimation of the accuracy of the deliverables is not always obvious, tests will be performed to quantify the parameters influencing the quality of the measurements of this device in the context of SETIS dimensional control applications.
