La blockchain et le Géomètre-Expert, évolutions, perspectives et limites juridiques

Abstract : The traditional signature of land deeds currently represents a real obstacle course which does not always guarantee security and efficiency, sometimes generating a waste of time for a Land Surveyor's office. The land blockchain can prove to be a real asset for the Land Surveyor by answering most of the problems raised by the traditional signature of land deeds. It can also prove to be a collaborative interoperability tool between the different actors of the land deed, whether it is the land registry service, the notary, but also the owners and their neighbours. Nevertheless, this dematerialization protocol raises technical and legal questions that must be resolved so that the land blockchain can integrate the ordinal obligations and the standard practices of Land Surveyor.
