Exposition de la femme enceinte aux perturbateurs endocriniens, conséquences sanitaires et rôle du pharmacien d’officine

Abstract : Exposure of pregnant women to endocrine disruptors, health consequences and the role of the dispensary pharmacist Endocrine disruptors represent a category of emerging pollutants that interfere with the hormonal system. Faced with the multiple sources of contamination, the challenge is to be able to understand the role played by these substances in the development of certain pathologies, via fetal exposure due to exposure of the mother during pregnancy. The cohort study makes it possible to quantify this exposure of pregnant women and to link potential health impacts. Evaluating their effects on health thus represents a scientific challenge and a major public health issue. The dispensary pharmacist therefore plays a key role in preventing this maternal exposure through advice that can be applied in the daily life of future parents.
