The demand for a training as triage nurse in an Emergency ward has led to the structuration of a psychosociological intervention, mixing the analysis of work and the training. Led by one of the Head nurses responsible of the structure, starting from an anchoring in the activity theories, the intervention, through its process and results, created a large number of questions on this activity and contributed to the transformation of the attitude to work and its représentations. The intervention, mixing three poles (analysis of work, training and intervention), has specifically allowed to question the subjective process experienced by the inside actor - head nurse, which here is confronted to the concept of ethical suffering, provided by research of the psychodynamics of work. The set of work aims at proposing a way of discussing management ethics, based on practical wisdom and the awareness of vulnerabilities, it thus contributes to work related t health.
