Étude de l'évolution des démarches d'aménagement durable en Île de France et pistes d'amélioration

Abstract : Study of the evolution of approaches to sustainable city planning in Ile-de-France, and suggestions of improvement. This paper presents the different steps of sustainable urban city planning in Ile-de-France. Over the past ten years, the actors of Ile-de-France undertake for the sustainable city. This study based on a sample of 79 projects throughout the regional territory attempts to discern phenomena that emerge. It is a fact, the eco-neighbourhoods are a burning issue. But among the wealth of information, it is not so easy to discern correct and false informations. In responding to 49 hypotheses organized into 12 topics, this work is intended to facilitate understanding of the issues surrounding the creation of the well-known sustainable neighbourhoods. Hypotheses in this document try to reflect common assumptions. If the field is complicated, charts and produced figures provide answers to readers. The information derived from the experiments also allowed the identification of areas for improvement for future efforts in the sustainable urban development.
