Production de parole et perception de sons et de parole par les enfants sourds porteurs d'un implant cochléaire

Abstract : Since the cochlear implant's invention in 1978, which contribute to the recuperation of an auditory signal for al lot of deaf people, much of studies have been realized to understand the development of the acquisition of speech by deaf implanted people. These studies have been done on adult subjects and later on children subjects, one of the goal was to understand the role of age implantation on children. We interested on the speech production and the sounds perception of deaf hearing implanted children by describe and synthesised a sample of studies on this subject to understand what are bringing-in and limits of cochlear implant. According to these studies, cochlear implantation seems to be a bringing-in of vocal development and of phonological and lexical perception, in the vocabulary production for example and of phonological and lexical perception, namely on phoneme and vocabulary comprehension. On the other hand, cochlear implantation seems to be a limit to voice recognition and to prosody and speech intelligibility. However, it will be interesting to compare deaf hearing implanted children's voice and those of deaf non implanted children, to understand in which measure voice's quality and speech intelligibility of hearing implanted children is limited.
