Abstract : The present report, This present report, reflection of two years of reflection, questioning and training has the dual objective of identifying and defining the components of any climate class called "motivational" and by extension to understand the causal relationships possibly existing between classroom climate and students' motivational dynamics. Meanwhile, our attention will be focused on the multiple determinants of a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning situations and specifically to the scope and influence of professional gesture of atmosphere on student motivation. Investigations conducted within the framework of this research, in response to our questioning, echo the requirements and provisions defined since 2005 in the "Socle commun de connaissances et de compétences". "The motivation, self confidence, desire to succeed and grow," described as fundamental attitudes, we will now appear as postures necessary to encourage and enable each student to "get his education, his life and self a future citizen.
