Manifestations exécutives et de la théorie de l'esprit dans l'évaluation langagière des cérébrolésés

Abstract : Brain-damaged subjects without aphasia often have specific language disorders related to executive and/or theory of mind issues. Existing tests for language assessment do not permit an accurate analysis of these language disorders. In order to study the interactions between executive functions and language and the manifestations of the theory of mind in a test speech, we normalized both quantitatively and qualitatively three tests involving language and executive functions: Verbal Fluency, Hayling Test and Dice Game on a group of 90 controls aged 40 to 60 years. In an early validation, we compared the results of seven patients without aphasia on these tests to those obtained in non-verbal equivalent executive tests (Graphic Fluency, BAWL, TMT) and a theory of mind test (test "des faux-pas").
