La responsabilité du géomètre-expert en maîtrise d'oeuvre privée

Abstract : Over the years, chartered surveyors have developed their skills in others fields than the one making the specialty of this profession. Land tenure is not the only activity anymore for the sake of economic development and in order to meet business customers' needs, it was necessary for them to diversify. Thus, today the private project represents a significant part of firms' activities, and it is clear that companies want to establish action power on a multidisciplinary team, but have often to face with difficulties related to the lack of specific legal regulation of the private sector. So what are the liabilities by the supervising chartered surveyor? In a difficult economic environment, where mutual agreements seem increasingly vanishing of work relationships it appears essential for any firm to have sufficient legal and technical knowledge to prevent the questioning of these.
