Les différences de perceptions de la Formation Professionnelle entre les salariés d’une entreprise de commerce et leur Direction et les conséquences sur le contrat psychologique

Abstract : Training is a very important topic for companies and employees. We make a link between the notion of training and a psychological contract. The psychological contract is an informal contract established between a person and his/her company according to beliefs in mutual obligations. The psychological contract is composed of many elements but we have chosen to analyze the training aspect. Thus, the objective of this report is to study whether employees and management have the same perception of training. If we discover a discrepancy in expectations and perceptions of training, we will wonder whether it constitutes a “violation” of the psychological contract. We have chosen a commercial company made of 30 people to carry out our study. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were used to understand the different perceptions of training and to test the emitted hypotheses.
