État de l'art du filtre planté de macrophytes pour la gestion et le traitement des eaux pluviales urbaines : bases pour une méthode de dimensionnement et de conception

Abstract : Since the end of the XXth century, floods are more frequent and intense in urban areas. The difficulty of controlling urban runoff underlines the question of treating the pollution generated. To preserve the environment and ensure public security, regulation has chosen to develop an alternative approach to manage urban storm water. This strategy enables the creation of biofiltration systems, which can on one hand manage the volumes of urban runoff, and on the other hand improve the quality of water rejected. For a few years, constructed wetlands are developing to meet the aim of treatment, by taking into account the random characteristic of runoff (variable concentrations and flows). This system, still pioneer, tends to be optimized, but its various realizations in France already present good purification yields. This report gives the state of the art of constructed wetlands for urban runoff control and treatment and proposes the guidelines for a measurement and design method.
