Évolution du référentiel GlobalGAP : cas de la mise en place de GlobalGAP version 5 parmi les producteurs de l'OP les 3 Moulins - Vitaprim

Abstract : Quality approach in the horticultural sector are increasingly important and are becoming almost mandatory to access to some markets, especially European. GlobalGAP is now recognized as a key reference for Good Agricultural Practice, and meets the expectations of all stakeholders in the agricultural sector, all over the world. GlobalGAP evolves regularly to adapt to new market requirements. The new version of GlobalGAP Version 5 has been mandatory since July 2016. The producers of OP Les 3 Moulins - Vitaprim must adapt to this new version.
