Santé et qualité de vie à Mareil-Marly : diagnostic et prospective territoriale

Abstract : Environment is a determiner-key of the health and the well-being of the populations. Mareil-Mareil is a "village" situated in 20 km of the center of Paris, encircled by forest spaces and presenting a specific topography. 3 500 inhabitants occupy at prsent this privileged territory and present a very good global level of health and an exceptional quality of life. The health-care delivery on the city and the nearby cities is complete but generates disparities because of the global accessibility (financier : majority of practitioners sector 2, physical appearance accessible : offer essentially by car...). The municipality is going to have to face, besides, a consequent demographic increase and a transformation. So, the future stakes for this territory rest on an increase of the public, sanitary and social equipments to welcome at best future Mareillois. The urban planning will have to join an approach optimization of the health of the inhabitants ans answer the principles of the Sustainable Development.
