Les dermatophytoses : prise en charge et cas des dermatophytoses invasives

Abstract : Dermatophytosis infections are really frequent in human pathology and are caused by microscopic filamentous fungi called dermatophytes. These infections are superficial. They can reach hair and the hairs, nails and skin. These mycosis represent an important part of pharmacy consultations. The pharmacist must be able to provide advice to the patient about treatments or hygienic and dietary measures to heal the infection. In certain rare cases, the infection can become invasive and it is called dermatophytic disease or invasive fungal infection. This pathology is due to a deficit in the protein CARD9 that would lead to a primal immunodeficiency favouring anti-fungal treatments resistance and relapse of dermatophytosis infections.
