Adapter la réalité de terrain en SIG 3D : les problématiques du géomètre dans le processus BIM

Abstract : The BIM is a process of work based on collaboration and interworking. It consists in representing reality in a digital model, dynamic clone of the building, in the most accurate possible way. Adding of digital data makes it possible to limit the geometrical representation by filling the database to the maximum making it possible to compare the BIM to a GIS 3D. The level of the digital model details is in a direct link with its subsequent use. It's then to adapt ground reality according to the customers' requiements and to the available datas. Collaboration is the key word of the BIM process, the existing data must be abble to be integrated within the same support and therefore to develop interoperability between the various stakeholders. Reconciliations of the BIM and the GIS 3D makes it possible to assimilate the two disciplines in spite of their different scales. Their similar operations suggest a future interesting collaboration.
