Réalisation d’un système automatisé pour l’unité de traitement et de récupération MEG Projet Jangkrik

Abstract : Jangkrik Complex Development project consists of the construction of a FPU (Floating Production Unit) off the indonesian coast in order to extract gas from groundwater by large depth. Implementation of efficient and reliable production unit represents a real challenge due to the constraints regarding hydrates formation phenomenon during gas extraction which accumulate and damage production equipement. MEG (Monoethylene Glycol) reclaiming and recovery unit developed by Prosernat company is the most effective solution so far to ensure sustainability for this type of installation which includes control-command part and the supplying of an automated system including process (PCS) and safety (ESD) parts. Technical, financial and management aspects are detailled from bidding to the completion of this control-command part.
