Influence d'Internet sur la relation patient-pharmacien

Abstract : In recent years, the evolution of the Internet has changed the relationships between individuals. Simultaneously, with the abundance of sites broadcasting health information, Internet users are able to become fully involved in their health. In this context, community pharmacists are worried about the impact that these new behaviours may have on their practice and on the relationship with their patients. After making an assessment of the factors that can influence this relationship, we developed two surveys for each population. These questionnaires were broadcasted via a social network and made it possible to highlight the practices of the Internet users and the consequences of using the Internet with pharmaceutical and/or medical purposes on the patient-pharmacist relationship.
