Abstract : The "internet generation" has inherited this name through innate skills in the use of digital technology or through daily exposure to screens ? This question involves a sociological analysis of CP student profiles but also of parents and their family environments who can be multiple. Whether it is the number of screens owned, the time spent on it, the access allowed or not and the use that is made of it, these are all variables to be taken into account to answer the question of real skills. CP students today with regard to the school institution and more specifically in terms of digital skills in the cycle 2 program in "questioning the world". Thus, this generation is exposed to screens without being expert in the eyes of the institution because their personal uses can not be transferred to school. In fact, their uses are more playful than scolar for they play video games, listen to music.
