Analyse de la dérive d’un scanner dynamique, le Zeb-Revo RT

Abstract : Dynamic scan is a technology in improvement in the field of 3D. When we use the laser scanner Zeb-REVO RT created by GeoSLAM, a drift has been observed during the survey of long linear like long buildings or tunnels. Data from Zeb-REVO RT have been compared with other instruments like static scanner, total station. Significant differences have been proven at the end of these linear. After studying error factors, we have established different methods to improve the accuracy and to compensate the drift. Some improvement methods are to put obstacles on the linear, make several loops, force the extremities of the cloud, constraint the cloud with spheres, …, but despite these processes, differences remain important. However, Zeb-REVO RT has a lot of advantages like time saving, ease of use, easy to transport… but its use requires to make some controls to get a good confidence in the results.
