L'influence des récentes démarches environnementales et des restrictions budgétaires sur l'émergence de nouveaux types d'usages dans les espaces végétalisés urbains

Abstract : The emergence of the new environmental approaches and policies (zero pesticide, the protection of resources and the biodiversity) as well as the towns’ constraints (budgetary restriction, inappropriate maintenance equipments and limited workforce) associated with new expectations from the inhabitants (nature in the city, participation and social tie) all these reasons have caused maintenance changes among the urban green spaces. As a consequence, new uses have appeared in some of these : the discovery of the local biodiversity in the urban parks and cemeteries, the recreational and meeting uses in the small squares and the gardening at the foot of avenue tress. Whether coming from an approach or a project responding to one or more obligations, these new uses offer social tie and an active participation of the residents. In Bonchamp les Laval, since 2017, the town follows the differentiated mangement. This new technique determine which approach is the reason for changes of maintenance practices and new uses.
