Le loup dans la littérature de jeunesse:

Abstract : From myths to fables, from tales to novels, from oral to written, from listening to seeing, since the dawn of time, the wolf has been a symbol of danger. If it’s first aim was to spark off fear, it managed to win the admiration of a lot of readers. Formidable character of traditional tales known by every kid, the wolf appears today in other forms: it can be a shy pupil in a school, a worried friend in a group, and even a skilful doctor. Is the immersion of kids in this kind of literature and these kinds of representations enough to change the perception that the reader has of this character? The research abled to collect the first and last representations of the wolf of nursery school students and first year students, after setting a reading network around the character. The aim was to build the stereotype of the wolf before shattering it.
