Améliorer l'attention des élèves de CM2 grâce à l'autorégulation et l'inhibition : étude de la méthode Vittoz

Abstract : This dissertation presents the contributions and researches concerning self-regulation processes of behavior and attention. Indeed, studies highlight the importance of executive functions and selfregulation in students' academic success. They also reveal a link between self-regulation, inhibition, attention, and sustained attention, that is concentration. Therefore we will focus on these different processes and the links between them, to propose different examples of selfregulation implementations that promote attention. For this purpose, we will draw parallel with the studies conducted for pupils with attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (TDA/H). Finally, we will focus on the Vittoz method (attention and concentration method) implemented in a class of last year of primary school (year 6).
