Vers un développement de la compétence de communication interculturelle en contexte scolaire guadeloupéen : un projet de télécollaboration plurilingue sur l’ouverture à l’altérité

Abstract : The teaching of foreign languages in the French school system makes it difficult for learners to be in a situation of intercultural contact, and to develop intercultural communication skills, even if this concept appears in the CEFR. In the plurilingual Creolophone context of the academy of Guadeloupe, the students of the group of 1ère who learn Italian as third language in the high school Félix Proto of Abymes, present a very passive profile which is manifested by a lack of appetite for school learning. As part of a multilingual European telecollaboration project on openness to otherness, and through intercultural contact in an exolingual context, we hope to inspire young learners to become more motivated in the foreign language course. accompanying them in the development of intercultural competence.
