Acquisition de données de performances des systèmes aquaponiques : potentiel phytoépuratoire et qualité des produits

Abstract : Fish farming and recirculated aquaculture systems (RAS) are expending as a result of rising demand for aquaculture products. Effluents’ disposal in particular in recirculated systems poses major issues. Phytopurification performances of vegetal off-ground cultivation and spirulina production were studied with a mass balance approach and the study of the abatement of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium effluent contents for various plant species and an Arthrospira platensis’ production. The nutritional and sensorial qualities of the fish production effluents phytopurification products have been stated including for tomatoes grown with an innovative technique. Aquaponics present a good potential for productions with competitive organoleptic and nutritional values against other more conventional growing methods. This IMTA can include spirulina in order to reduce to zero RAS effluents emissions in the environment.
