L'apport de la technique restauration dentoalvéolaire per implantaire (Immediate dentoalveolar restoration) IDR dans la mise en charge immédiate en secteur antérieur maxillaire

Abstract : Different technics exist for the execution of immediate implantation in the anterior maxillary sector. These technics must allow optimal management of the alveolar site and as well as the gingival environment in order to guarantee the final aesthetic results while promoting the initial stabilization. Dr Martins da Rosa has recently developed the IDR technique in order to meet these requirements and extends the indications of immediate loading to delicate clinical situations such as surgical sites where the vestibular cortical wall is almost nonexistent. This technic makes it possible to correct an important alveolar defect using bone and connective tissue graft from one donor site: the maxillary tuberosity. All surgical and prosthetic steps are conducted at the same time. The aim of this paper is to study the IDR technic through a clinical case performed at the Bordeaux CHU.
