Le paysagiste concepteur, porte-parole de la nature au sein des projets architecturaux de la ville verte de demain

Abstract : There is currently a growing awareness of plants importance in the fight against climate change but also in improving the city' s quality of life. It is gradually taking an important place in urban architectural projects whose graphic representations are taking a surprisingly "green" tint. These projects are becoming greener with the desire to follow a sustainable and ecological approach. However, the vegetal integration on a building is much more complex than it seems and few projects reach their expectations in terms of vegetalisation. In this work we will therefore detail the criteria that make the vegetalisation of a building successful. We will then rely on various realised projects to draw conclusions from these experiments. Finally, we will present the ways in which the landscape designer can intervene in order to ensure a successful and environmentally friendly vegetalisation of a building.
