Analyse des labels et certifications adaptés à la filière horticole et étude du passage d’une entreprise horticole en certification Plante Bleue «Haute Valeur Environnementale»

Abstract : With the growth of environmental and societal awareness, many horticultural certifications have been created such as Plante Bleue and MPS-ABC. These certifications promote companies which establish more respectful practices for the environment and the health of employees. This is the case for Bellard-Crochet company, which wants to promote its sustainable practices through upgrading to Plante Bleue level 3. In order to be in line with the certification, a thigmomorphogenesis experiment was set up on the aster crop to reduce the amount of PGRs used. PGRs represent indeed more than half of the company's consumption of chemical products. The experiment showed that thigmomorphogenesis was not sufficient to obtain a compact plant, unlike the results obtained with the growth regulator. However, the number of branches, colored buds and open flowers is higher when the plants are mechanically stimulated. The quantity of active substances has not been reduced, however, the company can consider an upgrate to Plant Bleue level 3 with its current practices.
