État actuel de l'utilisation de l'AMK 15,5 dans la prise en charge libérale du cancer du sein

Abstract : The recurrent sequelea of breast cancer and its treatment are lymphoedema and stiff shoulder. Physiotherapy management of those sequelea, in order to reduce them and improve the quality of life of patients, wasn't possible in a same session before the creation of the AMK 15.5's act in 2015. As a result, the purpose of this study is to determine the use of the AMK 15.5 in breast cancer patients. Methods : An online questionnaire sent to physiotherapists whith liberal activity dealing with this kind of care in France was used to assess the use of the AMK 15.5. Results : a descriptive statistical analysis of 65 responses was conducted. 60% of physiotherapists did not use the AMK 15.5 in the 12 months preceding the questionnaire. The responses of physiotherapists using or having previously used the AMK 15.5 are 57.30% consistent with the NGAP modalities from the HAS report. 61.54% of these respondents felt that the creation of the AMK 15.5 did not allow them to better manage patients. Discussion : these results have to be nuanced by different biases. The AMK 15.5 fills a gap in the nomenclature, but the different results question a possible need for another act to include more patients.
