Comment assurer le transfert de connaissances du paysagiste vers les maîtrises d'ouvrages pour orienter le projet d'aménagement paysager vers une meilleure capacité de lutte contre le phénomène de surchauffe urbaine ?

Abstract : The proportion of the world's urban population according to the United Nations is constantly growing. Currently, 55 % of the population lives in cities worldwide and 80 % in France. The urban space of the coming decades raises issues of an increasingly urban population, which must be able to benefit from a viable space in an urban environment amplifying the more critical temperatures due to global warming. The densification of cities is essential to preserve natural spaces. This must be done in an intelligent manner, in particular to achieve thermal comfort adapted to such a large proportion of the urban population. Densification involves an urban renewal integrating a network Urban Fresh Islands, which may include small urban landscaped areas (courtyards, city block green core, squares, etc.). The aim of this thesis is to understand the global scale of urban warming and to present the materials/water/vegetation triptych used by the landscape designer in order to aim at the implementation of Urban Fresh Islands. When possible, data concerning the temperature reduction generated, will be given as examples. Based on these latter both axis, this paper will discuss the modalities of knowledge transfer from the landscape designer to the contracting authorities so that the project can fight against the phenomenon of urban overheating.
