L'outil participatif dans les projets de revalorisation de friches industrielles

Abstract : Because of the relocation, and the emergence of new technologies, the brownfields sites number never stoped increasing since the industrial crisis. Due to urban spread and development pressures, this rehabilitation raises significant issues. For their patrimonial aspects, buildings condition, and soil pollution, these revalorization projects are specifics. Even if subventions exist, the high costs enforce a good reflexion, to ensure its success, and to enable the cost/benefits balance. An example is the papermills of Jeand’Heurs in L’Isle-en-RIgault which is, here, used as an illustration. Due to the integration of stakeholders in the reflexion, participative approach could be a gratifying element in this type of reconversion project. Despite the juridical lacks behind this approach, it is always increasingly used. According to the participation degrees and the steps of the project, this participation operates, we will bring a simple information to the co-construction for the stakeholders. In the case of the papermills, we have made a survey to collect informations about the site, the opinion of the locals and to organize an approach around this revalorization project.
