Discours d'enseignants et de directeurs d'école sur la diversité des usages langagiers des élèves et de leurs familles à Aubervilliers. De l'analyse des représentations à la proposition d'outils de médiation

Abstract : This dissertation questions the consideration of the plurality of linguistic uses at school (both foreign languages and varieties of French): welcoming, valuing and including the actual practices of students, without dismissing the ambition of "mastering" the French language which is the stated objective of primary education. For families, a relationship calmed by fluid communication is an undeniable asset that encourages children's success. Through this sociolinguistic research based on oral interviews with school principals and teachers in the town of Aubervilliers, the aim is to question the representation of the actors of this historically monolingual and mononormative Institution, to identify the obstacles and levers to be used in order to propose operational actions at the level of school management.
