Stationnement vélo en gare, enjeu d'une gouvernance : les Pays-Bas inspirent l'Île-de-France

Abstract : Since the early stage of the covid health crises, cycling has taken an unexpected turn for users with a spectacular increase in the use of bicycle. Thus, public institutions have taken the subject in hand through the implementation of various policies, while a whole system of actors is trying to promote cycling. This practice is seen as a cross-cutting solution to many urban issues. In order to encourage it, various actions and services have been deployed as the bike system is large. Bicycle parking at stations is a solution to encourage this practice. The Netherlands, inspire many regions, wishing to develop a bike system, including the Îlede-France region. The role and coordination of each of stakeholders working on the subject of bicycle parking is complex. This requires an effort to understand the role of governance in setting up bicycle parking at stations to promote cycling.
