Médiations et étayages dans les activités d'apprentissage instrumentées : en quoi la spécificité des gestes et micro-gestes des aidants familiaux influe-t-elle sur l'apprentissage des soins buccodentaires d'enfants avec un TSA ?

Abstract : The prevention of oral problems is a public health priority; affecting the private sphere, this appropriation of care within the family questions inter-social relations and didactic contributions in order to improve the well-being in vernacular learning. Yet, teenagers with an autistic disorder generally have poor dental hygiene: hypo-hypersensitivity, sensory dysorality syndrome (SDS), rejection of oral intrusion, motor coordination which is sometimes incomplete. In this research, in keeping with the çATED for your teeth project, the aim is to study the levers and guidance provided by family caregivers in order to improve the dental brushing of children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders): specific category of guidance in professional (micro-) gestures, “true gesture”, parental expertise, influence of the learning environment.
