La réforme anti-endommagement des réseaux sur le site pilote de la ville d'Orléans : suite et fin de l'expérimentation

Abstract : The anti-damages reform, which was promulgated on the 1st July 2012, has for now a rather positive assessment. Its application has improved construction sites preparation, talking into account for sensitive elements to the safety of people and properties from the beginning of the project. This has also led to increase security during the works. At the same time, new activities and professions appear. These would include the detection and geo-referencing sector, which tends to develop with the mandatory application of additional investigations for unknown sensitive underground in class A. These new professions must be certified. As a consequence the first certified companies are expected to appear in early 2014. In another way, we notice that local communities undergo an organizational impact which involves a reorganization of their services.
