Impact de l’enherbement et du travail du sol sur l’assimilation des éléments minéraux par la plante

Abstract : The Languedoc’s vineyard faces agronomic issues such as organic matter loss and soil erosion. Service crop provides various services that can adress these issues. Those services are conditioned by the management of the cover-crop culture such as its date or its mode of destruction (mowing, rolofaca). This study aims to better understand the impact of different management techniques on vine nutrient uptake. Those techniques ranged from bare soil to full cover, and the destruction was made either by mowing or by rolofaca. The nutrient uptake was measured by petiolar analysis throughout the vine’s cycle. Other fysiological behaviour were measured with canopy and vigor indicators. The results showed no significant differences in nutrient uptake between modalities, but confirmed the assumptions made on the nutrient restitution and the competition for ressources.
