Risques liés aux vibrations corps entier chez les jardiniers de golf de Bossey‎

Abstract : The golf gardener has a very varied activity, using many machines including equipment dedicated to the mowing. These equipments used sometimes on hilly routes may generate whole body vibrations which might affect the health of the gardeners. Following a complaint expressed by the gardeners of Bossey golf during the greens mowing, it has been decided to carry out this work on the whole body vibrations and their consequences on health. The originality of our study lies in the fact that multiple acceleration measurements have been achieved through the exposimeter EVEC, both at the green machine level and at the other mowing machines. Then these measurements have been discussed and compared to the regulatory limit values and the data from literature. Finally, their analysis allowed us to achieve some recommendations to reduce the vibrations undergone by gardeners during the golf course mowing.
